Black heritage has reached the top 10 of the World Music charts which accompanied their cd release black hertage anthology. Mfa Kera and Mike Russell have collaborated with musical legends including Memphis Slim, John Lee Hooker, Mickey Baker , Souleymane Toure', Ekow Alabi Savage, Carlinhos Brown, Eddie Harris, Gloria Taylor, Billy Bang and others in the world music sphere. Black Heritage has performed at world music festivals in Greece, South Africa, throughout Europe, the US (Kennedy Center, Blues Alley, (Smithsonian)and Brazil.
