Bio
Formed out ouf weekly bluegrass jams in Brattleboro, Vt., this group of veterans of the local music scenes in three states got together to do something new within the confines of traditional music. Coretta Bliss's soaring vocals and large repertoire of folk music was matched with Ben Yelle's original and bluegrass songs and talent for musical arrangement, Ben Ridgway provides that old time tenor vocal and brings stomping jug-band energy to the mix, while Jane Hamel's skills and versatility on several instruments, but primarily the banjo, gives the band the ability to cover a wide range of styles.
