Jackyl, Saliva, RA, Powerman 5000, 5 Speed and Soil have all played with Blacklist. Who will be the next band, and who will be the next audience member to get blacklisted? One can only imagine!
The core of Blacklist formed in 2002. Husband and wife duo Kevin and Roxanne Weeden set out to form a hard rock band drawing upon influences such as Black Sabbath, early Metallica, Iron Maiden, and AC/DC. With Roxanne playing keyboards and Kevin on rhythm guitar and vocals, the remaining parts of the band went through several personnel changes over the years. Their current lineup is filled out by Brad Liptow on the drums, Wendy Lichty on lead guitar, and Jeremy James on the bass guitar. Blacklist is a band of five distinct personalities, and they're not afraid to wear their influences on their sleeve. The resulting effect is a stage show that will leave audiences wide-eyed and aurally satisfied.
