Old covers by Taj Mahal,BB King,Jonney Cash,Bill withers and many more. the new cd will be out this summer 2007.

Black magic Johnson was formed in 2001 by drummer Reggie Britton. Reggie has played in the blues field for 20 yrs he's played with the wild man and sun recording artist Eddie Snow, he's also played in a number of gruops as a side man. Groups like Oysters Rockefeller, Tash and Country Magic, The Tom Irwin Band and many others. Raoul has come from long line of musicains his parents were musicians and he also has played country blues, rock,R&B and many other styles. He's been picking the guitar and Bass for 30yrs or more and like Britton he has been credited for writting many songs like the hit "Mud for my Turtle". Chris Warren has not been around long but has played with many greats in the short time he's been in the field of blues. He's been playing about 12yrs and has been the back bone for many groups. His music abilities go's far beyond just playing he is also a song writter and is great at charting arrangments and creating new sounds on bass that blows people and other players away. He's a true master of the instrument.
