Produced by singer/songwriter Ace Enders (The Early November, I Can Make A Mess Like Nobody's Business) Blackmore combines the hooks of late 90's pop-rock with the drive of the current indie rock scene. It's like Goo Goo Dolls doing covers of Death Cab For Cutie.

Named after a highschool English teacher one of the band members had a crush on, Blackmore has had a busy first year. One month after recording their first song "London", Blackmore mailed their demo to one of their biggest influences, Ace Enders, with hopes that he might like what he heard. The band was given an incredible opportunity to work with Ace at his personal recording studio The Living Room. The release of their debut EP "Peel Back The Rooftops" is just the first of many steps the band hopes to take in the right direction.
