"Tears in the Dark - Review"

This is a well crafted song with various strong elements. The stand out feature is the hooky chorus that has a really nice release. The verses do a good job of building tension and setting up the chorus. There is good sectional contrast and an effective shift in gears between sections. The musicanship is high and there is a nice chemistry between the members of the band. I like the imagery of the line "tears in the dark" and the idea that she can't cry out in the open, but only when she is alone. The vocalist delievers the song with convincing emotion and the background vocals help the chrous to stand out. Overall, this is a nicely constructed tune that is performed solidly. - Taxi

Bio

We formed as a bunch like-minded rock 'n' roll enthusiasts. After changing drummers and the passage of time, we are now a solid quintet. We all enjoy providing a great evening of music for a broad and diverse crowd.

Our influences as a whole are very broad, but primarily include lots of rock (from pretty much any era), blues, 90's alternative, and anyone worthy of the title "Guitar Hero."

We made a name for ourselves by playing gigs in bars around West Lafayette, Indiana, with a few trips to play bars in Indianapolis. We developed a few regular gigs and an enthusiastic following. We saved up some gig money, found a quality recording studio, and created an album that we are truely proud of.
