"Splash in Miami"

Hosted in Miami, Florida in November 2004, the Kodak Cinematography Workshop featured the creation of a music video, shot in 35mm format. Matt Lewis, director from Los Angeles, was invited to bring the creative elements to life, while Bart Durkin, Kodak instructor, taught the components of cinematography....

The star of this project was Cassadee, a very talented young lady with an amazing voice and a well-suited back-up band. "I was extremely impressed with Cassadee's professionalism and abilities throughout the shoot," Durkin notes... Cassadee has great instincts playing to the camera, which significantly elevated the production value of our project." Cassadee was recommended to Kodak by Dominick Centi, her manager. Centi was an encouraging and reassuring presence throughout the shoot, which was certainly reflected in Cassadee's performance and demeanor...

"Cassadee: The Future of Rock"

Cassadee is a small girl with a big voice and even bigger ambition, to be a rock singer in an awesome band... To these fine young musicians performance isn’t a job, but a way of life.

...I liked what I heard when I saw them perform on stage at the Colorblind Showcase held at the Meyer Amphitheater in downtown West Palm Beach in April.

...When you consider the total package of talent possessed, Cassadee seems destined for tremendous success.

"Blake is one of the best young bands on the come-up, due largely to the highly talented singer at the helm".
- Will Pugh, Cartel - Epic Records

Between rock and powerpop lies the sound and youthful energy of Blake. Singer/songwriter Cassadee Blake and the band bring songwriting, vocals and a live show that speaks directly to their generation; loud and sincere.
