Illinois native Blak Nevada, is an artist, producer,singer and songwriter that is definitely on the rise.
Blak Nevada originally worked under the name "Roso" and has worked with producers Jevon Black, and Isaac "Chill" Yowman in his current home base in Florida. Music has always been around Blak since his early childhood being in group of singers consisting of his friends, cousins and siblings. On his own, Blak learned the basics of harmony by listening to Jodeci, Dru Hill, and Take 6 also developing a knack for playing by ear with a few instruments. By the time High School came around Blak along with his musical friends established a solid reputation dealing with music. In current years, Blak has developed an experimental sound which is a combination of Alternative R&B, Electronic, Soul, Punk, Funk and more which he describes as "Urban Electro" and "Trippy Soul" from time to time; pulling all of his influences and expressing it through his production, singing, songwriting and even his paintings. With his belief in DIY, music, art and short film are things that he currently develops.
In May 2013, Blak Nevada released an Independent album titled "LOVE LOST BIZARRE" that is currently available on Itunes. As Blak continues to rise, be on the look out for future endeavors and events to come; for Blak Nevada is truly an "Artist to Watch".
