Born the son of a hustler, one might say that being a hustler is in Blanco’s blood. However, the streets were not always his toughest opponent. In his music he speaks of the fact that his mother never approved of his lifestyle. And although she is in heaven looking down, he only hopes that she can love him for who he is.
His Debut album, “On That Boss Tip” distinguishes itself with true elements of hip-hop substance, with a boss like swagger, rather than hot air rhymes that compete. His timeless simplicity embodies what defines some of hip-hops most esteemed classics. - XXL Magazine
