Blazen Swird

Blazen Swird began his music career back in the 90’s. He was born in rural parish of St. Thomas, Jamaica. Back then he recorded a single with a group called The Prestige. He did mostly community concerts in the country side of Jamaica. He went under the name The Prestige, at that time. It was not until late 2008 that he began recording under Blazen Swird.
Blazen Swird is proud to announce the release of his debut CD “Johnny Too Bad”. Off of this CD, lead single “Fallen Rain” takes control. This song is pure Reggae. It has that signature beat – low key, smooth, with great lyrics. It puts you in quite a mood – very carefree and with no worries. The beat is catchy, his singing style is very unique and it is representative of the CD in its totality.
Blazen Swird is a balladeer. He takes his life as he sees it and transforms it into wonderful Reggae music – smooth – with that intentional rocking motion that it is known for.

Blazen Swird opened many concerts back in the 90’s. in Jamaica for The Chosen People (now defunct).
