great songwriting"
"The first song to wow me was Regress... Marc Hansen's vocal ability on these tracks was very strong and very reminiscent of Scott Stapp and Eddy Vedder, but very cool and very dark"
"go to their website to find out where they are playing next
or simply to hear some kick ass local music"

Blinding Edge - Bio
Roots that dig deep into the NY/NJ underground form the foundation of Blinding Edge. Their style stems from a fusion of diverse musical backgrounds generating a unique state of consciousness thru sound. The driving rhythms and heavy beats of Tim Lynch set the mood for the simplistic, yet aggressive undertones of bassist Bob Morris. Their syncopated sound is enhanced by the powerful voice and lyrical message of singer/guitarist Marc Hansen. His mathematically inspired rhythm guitar and selectively placed guitar solos form the perfect emotional foundation for the pleasantly haunting melodies of guitarist Rob Murray. Rob’s distinct and unearthly pallet of guitar sounds is the catalyst that binds chaos with rhythmic precision completing the chemistry of Blinding Edge. The music of Blinding Edge offers sounds reminiscent of Pearl Jam, Alice in Chains and Tool. A love for live performance and song writing fueled their creative diet, which surfaced in their first studio recording. Fulcrum, the bands self-produced debut album creates an emotional mindset derived from the darkest depths of modern rock. For those of you who fear that rock is dead, rest assured Blinding Edge exists, and Rock will not go gentle into that good night.
