Jey wrote songs and lyrics on the piano that he worked on for a couple of years, trying to find a new sound. But alone he didn't reach what he wanted. He then shared his work with Danica in the beginning of the Blind Satori project near the end of 2007. Together, they had the idea of reshaping the songs into rock for 2 voices. Danica then co-wrote her first song (Quick Fix) with Jey. They then met Matt with whom Jey studies music and he brought a brand new perspective to the sound of the band with his guitars.
The recording process of the 4 first songs were done with the generous and incredible contribution of the producer-mixer Yanik Daunais who helped Blind Satori to find and shape their sound.
Then 2 more huge assets joined the band : Drick on the drums and Marcio on the bass who both study music with Matt and Jey.
