Excellent 2nd studio disc by this awesome, obscure, heavy guitar power trio from Holland, featuring the outstanding, bad-ass, six-string skills of Mark Ferguson. 11 tracks of way-kool, killer, blues-based, retro-70s guitar rock riffage – BloYaTop: a hard rockin’, Grooveyard-approved, “old-school” heavy guitar power trio riff monster, that is guaranteed to kick your ass and rock your damn blues away.” - Media

BloYaTop makes you feel as if you’re back at a 70’s rock show, playing the music of their heroes, mixing it with their own material

The Past
Thanks to lots and lots of gigs, working their way up from bars and clubs to festivals, supporting bands like Mother’s Finest, Pat Travers, Randy Hansen, Guy Forsyth and Y&T, backing up killer axemen like Steve Lukather (ToTo) and Jan Akkerman (Focus), thanks to their creative drive, a high power live- attitude and a tasty mix of musical styles, BloYaTop created a continually growing group of followers.

The Present
May 18 2012, marked the release of “Why Waltz”, the second studio album with eleven original songs. Armed with a completely redesigned stage act the band took to the road to promote the new album and recently played BosPop festival for an enthusiastic crowd of 7000 people. With “Why Waltz” in their pocket, good reviews in the international media and a distribution deal with an indie record company in the USA, they sure as hell have come one step closer to creating a “buzz”;

The Future
In between shows the band is working hard on new song material. Later on in the year they’ll start recording their next album, which will be due for release somewhere in 2014. “See you all somewhere down the road”.
