Blue Avenue combines passionate vocals with stylish keyboard, fat bass grooves and tight drum beats. They provide a unique, savory sound by juxtaposing R&B and funk styles onto originals, standards, bluesy melodies and current popular music with an exciting stage presence.

Members of Blue Avenue have performed alongside jazz recording artists Pat Metheny, John Gunther, Frank Mantooth, Ira Sullivan, Johnny Smith, Chris Wood, Dave Corbus, Brad Goode and Mike Pagan, and have performed in front of audiences of over seven thousand people. They have been featured soloists in other local jazz groups, acoustic groups and rock bands, and now combine their collective experiences performing on local radio, recording for independent artists and soloing alongside world-class performers to form a tightly knit trio in the Denver music scene.

Blue Avenue's latest release is an EP of three new original tracks with guitar, violin, bass and vocals. "In Pieces" is currently available for download at iTunes. Blue Avenue's first EP release, "Other Side of the Tracks" screams acoustic synergy. Led by sultry vocals, this EP plucks, bows, picks and strums along with intense fusion. Boasting infectious melodies supported by a solid groove, Blue Avenue flirts with traditional styles using an array of original palate teasing concoctions. "Other Side of the Tracks" is available for purchase on CD Baby or iTunes.
