Blue Canoe

Blue Canoe

BandBluesAcoustic

A husband and wife blues duo that encompasses the spirit of the early recordings and blends it with their contemporary sound to create a unique blues experience. Our repertoire includes original tunes as well as covers.

Biography

From church choirs, to punk, to marriage, to playin' the blues. This is our story. We find inspiration in the music of Elmore James, Etta James, Janis Joplin and Willie Dixon. We're NOT an acoustic folk duo (not that there's anything wrong with that). We ARE a duo that can make a heluva lot of raw noise.

Discography

"Blue Canoe" is our first EP.
