Lyrics

Domino

Written By: Ben Russell

If you‘ve got a tale to tell
wrap it up you’ll feel so well
When you keep things deep inside
Dominos will soon collide

You don’t want to
But you need to
Oh, you don’t want to

‘Cause Dominos collide
You don’t wanna but you’ve got to work it out
Dominos collide
You don’t wanna but you’ve got to work it out
Dominos collide
Come on baby don’t make me work it out
Dominos collide
You don’t wanna but you’ve got to work it out!

‘Cause it don’t matter who you are
With thoughts wrapped up you won’t get far
Mangled up down deep inside
Watch those dominos collide

You don’t want to
But you need to
Oh, you don’t want to (AH!)

Try

Written By: Angie Russell

There’s always something you’re forgetting
And the more you see the more you take
But it don’t seem to be something that you’re regretting
Look around you and see just how much is at stake

Open your eyes
‘Cause you don’t realize…

You can have what you need if you want it
You can try, you can try, you can try, you can try, you can try,
It won’t happen alone go and get it
You can try, you can try, you can try, you can try, you can try

Go on and get it now

Now you’re walking down the dusty road
And you can’t help thinking “I wish I’d known
Still searching for answers that just aren’t there
Haven’t you heared that life’s not fair

Open your eyes
‘Cause you don’t realize…

You can have what you need if you want it
You can try, you can try, you can try, you can try, you can try,
It won’t happen alone go and get it
You can try, you can try, you can try, you can try, you can try

Start Again

Written By: Bluestone

I'm just waiting for this day to end
So I could go home and start again

Startin over again,

Dont you know that i'm late again
for my dead end job with my dead end friends

Waking up in a strangers bed
The same old hang over in my head

Grow

Written By: Ben Russell

‘Cause I’m waiting for my turn to arrive
People keep changing, my intentions are locked in time
As I grow older time flies by so quickly
I keep on growing older, time I stand up and say

I don’t know when I’m coming home

The world opens up and I alone gets lost in space
I roam around this town like a stranger without a face
The tides grow stronger, I feel lost without a way
They keep on growing stronger it’s time I stand out and say

I don’t know when I’m coming home

I keep on fighting
I can’t back down
I’ll find my way
On these rusty grounds

I don’t know when I’m coming home
I’ll find my way

Set List

Bluestone's set lists vary depending on the venue. A typical Bluestone show consists of two sets of in-your-face rock n' roll blending in a few sultry ballads and screaming blues tunes. Bluestone will throw in a few covers each show, in amongst a selection from their ever-growing original song repertoire. Their covers include everything from The Rolling Stones, to The Doors, to Janis Joplin to Ben Harper to Ram Jam - and everything in between. Ideally, Bluestone prefers to play all original music at their shows.
