Damn we are happy! We get to write our own music and lyrics, and also get that performance rush in front of live audiences. Wow, life is good, and music is better.
What are our influences? In no particular order, we love them all: Arctic Monkeys, Fratellis, The View, Rolling Stones, Amy Winehouse, Zutons, Noisettes, Beatles, Dirty Pretty Things, Nancy Sinatra, The Shadows, The Kooks, Fleet Foxes, Black Keys, Adele, Chuck Berry, Pink Floyd, The Who, and more, and more.
Our sound might be amusingly described as Brit Rock meets Surf Rock, but we can justify this: our home and musical base is California, so to complete our research we played, and soaked up the vibe from UK audiences for the last two summers, and will be doing the same this summer, 2012.
Band members comprise two Californians, and one Brit, so very easy to see the melting pot of our sound.
Our first album was finished July 2011. The next is written, ready to go, and is more akin to the music we are playing to our audiences right now.
As we said ' Life is Good!', more music please!
