Kiriakis Da'Quan Davis (born August 12, 1989), who records under the mononym BLVCK, is a American recording artist, rapper, and songwriter. He was born in Columbia, South Carolina, but relocated to Baltimore, Maryland at age 13. He first garnered recognition for his locally pushed "Mr.16" mixtape as he joined with Andre Dj M-Eazy Harris. He contains a catalog of mixtapes including, Mr. 16, The Outsiders (found on datpiff.com) and Tape 83 (found on bandcamp.com). In November 2013, BLVCK released his first independent album entitled "SeeYouSoon" which includes Tracks like "Tippin" "I Mean" and "Forever" .
