Blvd Park-If three's a crowd, is a nine piece band three crowds? Blvd Park is a nine piece band from Sacramento that calls their music Spaghetti Western Desert Folk Rock. All I know is I saw something like 20 acts at Hardly Strictly and they were one of my favorites. OK, they weren't exactly on a stage. They were in the crowd playing between sets. But they wowed everyone who heard them with their melody-packed songs and "let's have a party" spirit. Thumping stand-up bass, lots of great voices, rocking acoustic sound, and a trumpet sound right out of Sergio Leone. And they're coming all the way from Sacramento just to play our show. BLVD Park is an eight-piece band from Sacramento â Californiaâs beautiful capital city. The band features all-acoustic instrumentation â guitar, banjo, mandolin, dobro, violin, trumpet, upright bass, snare drum, melodica and vocals â and truly crosses genres, incorporating elements of folk, country, bluegrass and rock. BLVD Park is made up of former or current members of many acclaimed bands including Nevada Backwards, Sans Sobriety, Metric, The Steady Ups, The Sutras, The Swindlers and The Kinetics. The bands truly all-American sound appeals to music lovers of all ages. We love what we do and we hope you do to!!!
