"I’m not always into metal music, but these guys do it right, with the heavy, pulse pounding riffs and beats, while Daver actually sings instead of screaming (like so many metal bands do). He had a really good voice at that, and I enjoyed how his Mexican accent seeped through while he sang, ‘cause it made it completely different from anything I’ve ever heard/seen live. B-NERS is a Mexican Metal band that blends hard-fast riffs with cool groove beats and blasting melodies. Their main theme is social/political but never in a serious- instructive/impositive direction, but in a relaxed, almost comic kinda way.
Our influences go from Early Metallica, Megadeth, Anthrax and Pantera, to InFlames, Opeth, Mastodon. We also have a lot of groove and spirit from Hard Rock golden age like Mötley Crüe, Skid Row, Whitesnake, Ratt and Van Halen.
