Devin Gabriel Chretien Born October 16,1987 is a Louisiana native who goes by the rap name (D.C). He was raised in Shreveport by way of Lake Charles. known for his nifty rhyme schemes and work ethic, the 26 year old is makin a mark with in the rap game from shows, to interviews, videos etc.. Working on various mixtapes he is now on the verge of breaking the surface as one of the most unique rappers of his generation.
