Bob Marston

Bob Marston’s musical journey began when as a child, he would sing songs written by his mother for his brother, sister, and himself, local sanitation workers, and whatever else they came across during their days. Bob’s older brother George began playing piano at age 4 and once he was old enough, Bob would sing the Chuck Berry, Bruce Springsteen, Bob Seeger, and Van Morrison songs George played. After spending over 15 years as a working singer/songwriter/musician in Jackson, Mississippi and Birmingham, Alabama, and through an unlikely and uncharacteristically positive set of circumstances since the start of the pandemic, Bob released his debut solo EP, Reflection, in August, 2021 and his debut LP, So Long, backed by his band the Credible Sources, on June, 3 2022. Bob maintains a busy performance schedule averaging over 100 dates a year and looks forward to playing for new fans and old friends at every opportunity.
