Dear Friends,

Introducing Bobby LoRusso and the Starving Hearts,

Hailing from New Jersey, Bobby LoRusso has established his label in Ireland, and released “Folky Blu Pawp,” the first album from Feed Your Starving Heart Records. The Album is gathering momentum in the North East and also in the UK market. BBC, New York Times, and the LA Times have completed profiles on LoRusso earlier in 2018, on his passion for Festivals and Art Collectives.

Some U.S radio have been interested in “Folky Blu Pawp,” but the music seems to be speaking to the UK; “Don’t Call Me Nothing” went number 3 on BBC Radio 2, and Bobby was asked to come on air and play.

The world tour is still a few years away. Once LoRusso has made headway on a specific project, and the label is settled and recording several acts, he intends to travel. Small UK tours and North East visits will be frequent for the next few years while Feed Your Starving Heart continues to take root in the Festival Scene.

"Feed Your Starving Heart Company Bio"

Feed Your Starving Heart

Feed Your Starving Heart is a traveling network and label, connecting artists to their communities, and supporting philanthropic endeavors through people and sound. House Band Bobby LoRusso & The Starving Hearts are pioneering a path for the company to Ireland. Right now Bobby is living in Nashville, soon to return to his home in New Jersey. He plans to play Philadelphia and New York, and also release Folky Blu Pawp in the Northeast; this first record will be coming out on the Feed Your Starving Heart (FYSH) Label.

Growing with the Nashville community since 2012, Bobby LoRusso has been playing in town, as well as assembling engineers and visual artists to produce content for artists and the Collectives.

All are encouraged to create content and support their communities through actively volunteering.

“I’d like to plan events that give back to the scene.” – Bobby Lo

FYSH festivals. October 24, 2015 Feed Your Starving Heart had its first FYSH Fest and raised food for Safe Haven, a shelter for families in Nashville. Admission to the Festival was 3 canned goods or $5 at the entrance. Many warm friends brought food and came to listen to others.

FYSH is setting new precedents for how poverty and Human Rights issues are being documented and how that information is being presented to the public. We advocate for experience, not entertainment. We have this great opportunity to become more alert and aware, Make Your Mark.

"Bobby LoRusso Bio"

Bobby LoRusso

Bobby LoRusso is originally from New Jersey; he picked up the acoustic guitar at the age of 10, now 22, and has been writing songs for about 8 years. LoRusso started Feed your Starving Heart during his junior year of college at Belmont University in Nashville, TN.

Now coming back to the North East, Bobby LoRusso and the Starving Hearts are bringing with them;“Folky Blu Pawp,” the first album release of FYSH Records. LoRusso has been saving his work to release himself and has plans to establish a small tour through Europe with his friends, and getting lost in Ireland.

“Mom and Dad are retired from the Air Force, and now Retired from wedding photography after starting their own business, so I thought,‘I could do that too. I want to create spaces for Artists to do what they love, and also to set an example through experience. People are becoming bored with entertainment, I’m looking to offer some take away at my festivals.”

New York Times wrote, “You can feel Bobby opening when he plays the guitar and sings, every little thing is important to the simplicity of the rambling guitar. Incredible technical skill.”

Keep an ear out for “Folky Blu Pawp,” and an eye out for show dates near you. We are hoping to reach Ireland by 2019-2020 to begin the European tour and begin work on some very exciting projects.
