"Bobby possesses and outstanding instrument in his voice, combining a hint of Larry Gatlin and John Berry to his own genuine sound. The emotional connection to the lyrics is very evident when he sings. He's a wonderful singer and very marketable. He's sure to find a lot of success in his future!" - Phoebe Binkley, acclaimed vocal coach, Nashville, TN

Brief Biography:

Born in western North Carolina, April 13th, 1979, Bobby was raised in a musical family and by age five, he was hitting the stage himself. From a very young age he sang at every opportunity that was thrown his way. During his high school years he was involved in show choir and had grown a deep appreciation for several different styles of music such as blues, jazz, rock and even classical. During his first two years in college he began his musical theater career at a local production show known as "Carolina Nights." There he served as a featured vocalist and musician as well as master of ceremonies. He would perform there on a regular basis from 1998 until 2001. In January 2001, Bobby made the move to Nashville, TN to further pursue his musical career. Four months into his new life in Nashville, he was selected as a featured performer at the "Nashville Nightlife Dinner Theater"(www.nashvillenightlife.com) at Opryland. He performed there regularly for four years and now stays busy performing his own shows and promoting his own music. He carries his lyrics through each show with his soaring tenor that's been compared to names such as Larry Gatlin and John Berry. Bobby has also established himself as a session vocalist for some of Nashville's finest songwriters, with whom he spends time co-writing with.
