CD...a tribute to New Orleans...entitled. "Do You Know What it Means to Miss New Orleans." The group just finished a live CD named A Southern Saturday Night...This program was premiered in Savannah, Georgia at the DeSoto Hotel, February 7, 2009.

Bob Pruett has had a group by this name for over 20 years. Pruett, a Pastor and musician loves to bring good jazz to venues where families can enjoy good Dixieland music without all the raunch normally conected with good jazz. Recently the band returned from playing at The LePavillion Hotel in New Orleans for the National Building Inspectors and Engineers Convention. A comment was given by the head of this Convention group that the Heavenly Blues brought dignity to the music and made it available to all. This group made up of two high school teachers, a pastor, an engineer, a piano teacher and a social security employee, just love to make good music.
