I'm a singer/songwriter and write mostly folk, country and bluegrass music, both vocal and instrumental. I'm a multi-instrumentalist proficient on acoustic and electric guitar, mandolin and fiddle.

Biography

Bob Tangrea has had a very diversified musical career. From his musical start, playing folk and bluegrass with his brother Joe in "The Tanner Brothers", to playing with John Herald in "The Greenbriar Boys", to forming the band "Valentine" with Frank Stallone and performing on numerous TV shows, including "The Mike Douglass Show" and "Midnight Special", to singing on the street corner in the Academy Award winning film, "Rocky", Bob has the ability to do it all and do it well. Singing, writing songs, playing mandolin, fiddle, acoustic and electric guitar, Bob is at home playing just about any style of music.
