Lyrics

i know i really ought to forget

Written By: dylan joshua edmiston

a fog filled street
the steam of snow
rising from some
unexpected heat
i know i really ought to forget
consistently being worried & full of regret
this discussion has decided
to applaud in delight
the recession that they're selling us
is it a fear tactic try
i know i really ought to forget
consistently being worried & full of regret
the street light came on
as an idea could
give an epiphany to a situation
that wasn't yet understood
an obsesssed media quest
for control of prime time
as long as you watch
they'll keep up the talk
they fuck with the thoughts
in your mind
i know i really ought to forget
consistently being worried & full of regret
