Lyrics

Bittersweet

Written By: Cindy Sealy

Is it Bitter? Is it sweet?
Do you take it for granted
that love will always wait?
Can you believe? Can you see?
Can you walk a little while
and talk with me?

I guess it’s easier to take your leave
It’s bitter, Bittersweet

Well, are you close?
Or are you far away?
Can you even make up your mind, even for a day?
What do you want?
What do you need?
And if you really let me know,
what would it mean?

I guess it’s easier to take your leave.
But, it’s bitter, Bittersweet.

Before you go, I want you to know,
You can have all the love
that you can hold.
I’m not afraid of losing out.
‘Cause, Love is the only thing worth givin’ a damn about.

I guess it’s easier to take your leave,
But, oh Baby it’s bitter, Bittersweet.

I guess it’s easier to take your leave,
It’s bitter, Bittersweet.

I Dream of Swing

Written By: Billy Berger, Cindy Sealy

Sometimes I swing just for enjoyment
Other times I swing for my employment
Always makes me glad
Never, ever makes me sad
Swing, swing, swing, swing, swing

My mind it seems is set on swing for the moment
And when I dream, I dream of swing in my apartment
When you dream of swing
It’s like no other thing
So dream, dream, dream, dream, dream

And when I wake up early in the morning
I sing myself right back to sleep ‘cause its ringin’
It’s ringin’ in my ears
I guess you can’t help but overhear
So ring, ring, ring, ring, ring

My mind it seems is set on swing for the moment
And when I dream, I dream of swing in my apartment
When you dream of swing
It’s like no other thing
So dream, dream, dream, dream, dream
Yeah, ring, ring, ring, ring, ring
Yeah, swing, swing, swing, swing, swing
