Boo the Band does it all!
With perfectly tailored song selections, superb musicianship, high-energy antics, and a unique brand of audience participation, Boo the Band brings magic to the hottest clubs, the most popular festivals, and private events of all varieties. Audiences of all ages are amazed at the sizzling guitar work, melodic keyboard playing, and rock solid bass lines and drum beats.
The five Boo bandmates have a wealth of experience: from opening for some of the nation's bestselling touring acts and playing throughout Europe, to having a Top 10 radio hit and directing successful church and theatre groups.
Boo has a loyal built-in fan base that knows how to let the good times roll! In fact, they’re so loyal, last year a whole group of them went on a Caribbean cruise together!
All the Boo Boys are members of corporate Milwaukee. During the day, their titles include CEO, VP of Technology and Info Services, Purchasing Manager for the City of Milwaukee, graphics designer, and…believe it or not…our hot lead guitar player, who incidentally may have the most “vision” in the band, is employed by the Badger Association of the Blind and is blind himself. You have to see it to believe it!
This band has many features that make it uniquely different than the average cover band. Boo the Band plays songs everyone knows…even if they don’t know them by name…that other bands don’t play! Often you will see them bringing “guest” singers up on stage from the audience to sing along with the band. This is ALWAYS a great crowd pleaser! And…it’s absolute pandemonium when Rick, the lead singer, starts tossing out hand-painted “Boo” beads to the ladies. You’re nobody if you don’t have “Boo” beads after a show!
And don’t be alarmed when the audience “boos” the band…they take that as a compliment!!
