BOOTIKA is an original 4 piece band deriving their sound from a wide spectrum of styles, such as soul, funk, blues jazz, rock and RnB
Their lyrically driven music is inspired by life’s inherent beauty and irony - and the energy that allows us to express it through music.
BOOTIKA is the collaboration of 23 year old singer / songwriter Zenith Thomas (Vocals & Guitar), 24 year old Michelle Clifford (Bass), 21 year old Daniel Taylor (Drums/Percussion & Keg) and 26 year old Cameron Burridge (Guitar- Intense Groove Dancer).
The band is the brainchild of Zenith Thomas, a young man with a voice and a message delivered perfectly through music and his dream and this four piece band. Zenith’s love of nature and desire to better the world can be heard not only through his lyrics, but through a polished live performance.
The band is serious about building their audience through live performance locally and nationally.
