Biography

Borrero is more than just a one man band. His style brings together the best of his Latin heritage, a bohemian French touch and classical British and American rock.

His acoustic guitar expels passion for life and his lyrics transport you to that place that each of us calls “our own”.

Music is Borrero’s better half. This melodious song is a journey into the memories we all have from our home wherever it may be.

Born in Cali-Colombia, Borrero has played on the festive Colombian musical scene since 1996. He released his first album in 2001 with his former band “Blake”. His music took him to Europe (2001-2006) where Paris became the soundtrack to his poetry and where he captivated the French. In 2006, Borrero moved to Washington DC where he is working with the best local jazz, blues and latin musicians in the production of his next album to be launched in summer 2011.

Lyrics

Not Enough

Written By: Borrero

So, here I am
These are my Two Hands
Let them show you where we start

I'll try to make it better
I'll try to let it go
Sometimes I just feel that is not enough

If this was our last day in Universe
Would you remember the first time we came here?
We had no luggage but we both knew
This wasn't just a coincidence

So, this trip
Will take you back home
Back home

I'll try to make it better
I'll try to let it go
Sometimes I just feel that is not enough

Show me the perfection of creation
Show it one more time
Show me the perfection of creation
Show it one more time

Send me a letter when you're done
But now I have to go

And try to make it better
And try to let it go
Sometimes I just feel is not enough.
