I happened to walk into Kenny's Castaways one night expecting to see the usually disappointing acts hitting the circuit. I figured I'd have one drink and jet. Before I knew it, I looked at my watch and realized I was still in the club 40 mins later - completely engulfed by the raw power, energy and charisma of BOSS.

I was blown away – the show was packed, engaging (people were dancing on stage) and featured both A (Adam) & Dolo on vocals trading rhymes back and forth, while a live band with DJ kept the rock-influenced, Hip Hop, beats locked down solid.

Boss is definitely one of the better live shows I have seen come out of New York. The lyrics are real, the beats make you move and you can tell there are no pretentions behind the songs – what you are getting are real artists with a real agenda.

Expect to start hearing more about BOSS – it’s only a matter of time before the mainstream catches on.

I am looking forward to following them and their career as I feel they are truly boiling under and about to explode on the circuit.
