Boss Volenti's debut single, Deeper Than Deep, was released independently in Ireland on Feb 10th and went straight into the Irish top 40 chart. Their new single, Ain't No Use, was released on 9th June, and is currently play-listed on 2FM. Both singles are taken from their (as of yet) untitled album, due out later in 2006.

Boss Volenti are a hard hitting, hip shaking, no nonsense rock n roll band from Dublin. Their influences range from such artists as The Clash and Marvin Gaye to Thin Lizzy and Prince. Rob and Dan were the first to meet, then followed Laura and Graham and within no time they had their debut album recorded.Volenti's first live appearance was at the Hard Working Class Heroes Festival, September 2005 in Dublin, and they were welcomed with rave reviews. On the strength of these, they were invited to play the prestigious In The City Festival in Manchester last October. In December, the band toured throughout Ireland with Kerbdog and The Chalets. Since the turn of the year Boss Volenti have been welcomed by rapturous receptions everywhere they have played.
