Boxeur The Coeur is Pabliz Yocka (based in Bologna, Italy), an experimental musician who recently embraced electronic music production.
His debut Lp, titled "November Uniform", is an equally sensual and shocking collision of avantgarde, pop, dance and folk musics, co-produced by Shannon Fields (founding member/producer of the Brooklyn-based avant-pop collective Stars Like Fleas), and released in January 2012 by Bologna based Trovarobato Records.
After touring extensively in 2012 - appearing at major pop and dance festivals i.e. San Miguel Primavera Sound in Barcelona, Robot 5 in Bologna, Culture Collide in Los Angeles, CMW 2013 in Toronto and Mi Ami in Milan - Pabliz has just finished working on a new batch of songs, influenced both by traditional pop songwriting and EDM heavy treatments. The new material has not been released yet.
He has also recently started a djing and remixing activity as Yocka.
