Bio
Bradley is a native of Cape Cod, where he began his musical career as a drummer. He is a self-taught composer and songwriter, originating when his father began giving him piano lessons at the age of 7. He felt a need to grow musically, so he taught himself drums 5 years later and won awards during his high school years. By the end of high school, he started playing guitar and composed his first song. Bradley is no stranger to the scene. His talent and reputation has allowed him to work with top recording musicians including Gregg Bissonette (James Taylor, Toto, Duran Duran, Santana), Johnny Friday (Natalie Cole), Ross Bolton (Al Jarreau), Pathik Desai (Kelly Clarkson), and Khalil Ekulona (Fresh Air). Most recently he had the opportunity to play drums for an up and coming artist, Tim Fagan, who co-wrote the song, Deeper, with John Mayer and is currently touring with Colbie Caillat. As a performer, multi-instrumentalist, and vocalist Rapo has earned awards and honorable mentions from The World Animation Celebration at the Pasadena Civic Center (Most Groovy), Songwriters Guild of America working with the late Jack Segal, VH1 Save the Music, and the 2001 John Lennon Songwriting Contest (a nationwide contest). His album, Love Lost Love Found, exemplifies Rapo's abilities as a musician, producer, and songwriter. Triple A tastemakers should NOT pass up a listen. For those of you who are starved for the return of the 'classic artist', this array of pop, rock, jazz, wit and lyricism is for you. With catchy hooks that will sink into your soul, to intense ballads that free it, it's a 'must have for your musical library.
