"Finally, coming out as my top pick for the night but pulling in 41.48 points was Brainfruit. This four member band from Providence RI includes Kyle Carlson on lead vocals/guitar, Brian Rosa on lead guitar/ vocals, Gary Silva on bass, and Nick Preite on drums. The sound is of this band is interesting. At times, they were not totally together, but the instrumentals were really good. This band seems to be maturing, and could very well be a fantastic band in the future. The reason why they placed first in my book was because they have improved overall since their last performance I attended and seem to be a work in progress. The crowd reaction was positive and the majority of the Attendees were up in front listening to the band. I would hope that they will practice and may become a threat in the next Rock Hunt, so be mindful of that.
