My name is Brandnu. I rap and sing. I am also the producer of the tracks. I was born in Nigeria and moved to Columbus, Oh in 1989. I have been doing music professionally for 6 yrs now. I am 26 years old, single, no kids, and still live in Columbus. My roots are in the drums and the rhythms. I am like R-kelly and Jay-Z put together. The best of both worlds. My influences include artists like Tracey Chapman, R-kelly, 2pac, kenny G, Dave Matthews, Jay-z, Donnell Jones, and more. My music makes the crowd move during live shows, and my sound is undeniable. I have dancers and a step team. I can give u both smooth R&B and real hip-hop. Unlike most bands out here, I am not in it for fame and the money. Music is an avenue for me to help the less fortunate and the homeless. A portion of all my proceeds from cd sales, shows, and everything else goes to the Salesian Boys & Girls Club. I also do canned food drives for the homeless. My music is very powerful and life changing. I am nothing without music, but music won't be the same without me.
