Bio
Bravo Fisher! comes back with an astonishing acoustic change.
“Despídeme” is the presentation single of his third album, “Solos”, which will be released on the 28th October 2016.
The love song featuring Niccó confirms a darker and more electronic but still danceable orientation that was suggested in December when it was announced that Bravo Fisher! was recording with the electronic music producer Ed Is Dead after having composed and pre-produced the songs by himself.
Composed and recorded over more than one year, “Solos” is a genuinely autobiographic album which talks about loneliness as a concept although from the real experience of Guillermo Galguera (Bravo Fisher!). Composed during his latest love relationship, during the breakup and even afterwards, it reflects the loneliness as a couple as well as the loneliness when he was without her.
With certain influences of house, post-dubstep, experimental electronic and downtempo, following artists such as FKA Twigs, Caribou, Grimes, James Blake, Jamie XX or Apparat/Moderat, Bravo Fisher! didn’t stay stuck to conventional pop but tried more experimental fields, where electronic music become
s more naked, primitive, melancholic, polished, rhythmical, sometimes even more aggressive, where the voice, gentle and soft, contrasts with this dark atmosphere, fighting to get its place among all this “noise”. Thus it is a darker and more oppressive electronic music than in “El Valle Invisible”, his previous album.
The song could become a radio hit, Bravo Fisher! could become the new Alan Walker (there are shy echoes of Katy B, The XX and Rudimental in his music). The Spanish and English lyrics are sung by a Bravo Fisher! who is very committed in his male role -like Jay Jay Johanson- while Niccó is “her”.
