Bio

Brawth were formed when glasgow-based singer-songwriters p00kah and drawler started jamming together, recording demos that have been universally well-received. Their first year saw them play live in Scotland, England, Germany and the USA.

They were recently selected by Tom Robinson's producer for inclusion on his bbc6 radio show and on his podcast.

Poetic lyrics of depth blend with an engaging, swooping, delicate and rhythmic guitar style, combining amidst an intriguing, contrasting vocal blend that soothes like soup and flows like a bubbling stream.
Sometimes haunting, sometimes dark but always gentle and mellow: the songs ebb and flow with organic warmth amidst lyrics that engage and tell beautiful tales of the sea, loss and life's long journey.

Sometimes dark but always beautiful and mellow.

Music to relax the mind and sedate the soul.

Live, they have now expanded to a 5-piece line up of supremely talented musicians whose style complements and embellishes the warmth and moood of the Brawth recipe. (Speaking of recipes their website contains some of their favourite soups).
