Breath of Fresh Air

BandJazzSinger/Songwriter

In a day and age when the generation gap is boundless, and entertainment isn't what it used to be, we dare to bridge the gap. We are parents passing our passion for music to our children and sharing that passion with the public. With talent and excellence, we give you a Breath of Fresh Air.

Biography

Tammy began her singing career at the young age of seven, performing at churches throughout the country. In high school she participated in All County and All State Chorus, at which time she began writing songs. Over the years, the venues grew to include fairs, festivals, radio and television fund raising events. Currently, along with leading her family in Breath of Fresh Air, she fronts the local variety band, Rhythm Xpress, for which she also writes songs and fills in on keyboards. She has become known in solo concerts for her breath-taking rendition of Schubert's "Ave Maria". Emotionally compelling, and powerfully driven, Tammy will bring a special gift to your ears and your hearts.

Joey began singing with his mom in church. He has since sung for Chasco Fiesta’s Broadway night, as well as singing in a show with Mikki Taylor. Lately he has done several spots in shows with his mother. Versatile and compelling, his is a talent you won’t want to miss.

Megan recorded her first song in 2003, just before she turned 5 years old. She has since sung in a production with Mikki Taylor and friends, as well as singing in church and in shows with her family for audiences of more than 200 people. Though she is very small, her voice is not only big, but very emotionally driving.

Mikey has only recently begun to perform (at the young age of 6), but he has an incredible talent. Not only does he sing very well, but he is also a bit of a dancer. I’m sure that no one will leave his performance disappointed.

Dean's musical training started early at the age of 4 with piano lessons. As a teen he began playing the trombone, trumpet, sax and flute. He became so proficient that he was voted top trumpet player through All County in high school, won All State in 1980, and played 2nd trumpet in the Florida State University's Marching Chiefs in the early 80's. Throughout the late 90's until today Dino has been playing regularly in jazz, Christian, and dance bands throughout the bay area. Now, as well as playing saxophone with Breath of Fresh Air, he plays saxophone, trumpet, flute and keyboard with a local variety dance band, Rhythm Xpress. Extremely versatile and professional, Dean's talent will leave you wanting more.

Lyrics

Be My Baby

Written By: Ronnettes(Breath Of Fresh Air)

The night we met I knew I needed you so
And if I had the chance I'd never let you go
So won't you say you love me
I'll make you so proud of me
We'll make 'em turn their heads
Every place we go
So won't you please

(Be my be my baby) Be my little baby
(I want it only say) Say you'll be my darling
(Be my be my baby) Be my baby now
(I want it only say) Ooh, ohh, ohh, oh

I'll make you happy, baby
Just wait and see
For every kiss you give me
I'll give you three
Oh, since the day I saw you
I have been waiting for you
You know I will adore you
Till eternity
So won't you please

(Be my be my baby) Be my little baby
(I want it only say) Say you'll be my darling
(Be my be my baby) Be my baby now
(I want it only say) Ooh, ohh, ohh, ohh, oh

(INSTRUMENTAL)

So come on and please
(Be my be my baby) Be my little baby
(I want it only say) Say you'll be my darling
(Be my be my baby) Be my baby now
(I want it only say) Ooh, ohh, ohh, oh

(Be my be my baby) Be my little baby
(I want it only say) Ooh-oh-oh-oh, ooh-oh-oh-oh
(Be my be my baby) Oh-oh-oh, oohh...
(I want it only say) Oh, oh, oh, oh, oooohh...

Great Balls Of Fire

Written By: Jerry Lee Lewis

You shake my nerves and you rattle my brain

Too much love drives a man insane You broke my will, but what a thrill

Goodness, gracious, great balls of fire

I laughed at love 'cause I thought it was funny

You came along and moved me honey

I've changed my mind, your love is fine

Goodness, gracious, great balls of fire

Kiss me baby, woo feels good

Hold me baby, wellllll I want to love you like a lover should

Your fine, so kind

I want to tell the world that your mine mine mine mine

I chew my nails and I twiddle my thumbs

I'm real nervous, but it sure is fun

Come on baby, drive my crazy

Goodness, gracious, great balls of fire!!

Somewhere Out There

Written By: Linda Ronstadt

Somewhere out there beneath the pale moonlight
Someone's thinking of me and loving me tonight
Somewhere out there someone's saying a prayer
That we'll find one another in that dream somewhere out there

And even though I know how very far apart we are
It helps to think we might be wishin' on the same bright star
And when the night wind starts to sing a lonesome lullaby
It helps to think we're sleeping underneath the same big sky

Somewhere out there if love can see us through (love can see us through)
Then we'll be together somewhere out there
Out where dreams come true

Ave Maria

Written By: Perry Como

Ave Maria
Gratia plena
Maria, gratia plena
Maria, gratia plena
Ave, ave dominus
Dominus tecum
Benedicta tu in mulieribus
Et benedictus
Et benedictus fructus ventris
Ventris tuae, Jesus.
Ave Maria

Ave Maria
Mater Dei
Ora pro nobis peccatoribus
Ora pro nobis
Ora, ora pro nobis peccatoribus
Nunc et in hora mortis
Et in hora mortis nostrae
Et in hora mortis nostrae
Et in hora mortis nostrae
Ave Maria

Sing

Written By: Breath Of Fresh Air

La, la la la la . . .

Sing, sing a song,
Sing out loud, sing out strong,
Sing of the good things, not bad,
Sing of the happy, not sad . . .

Sing, sing a song,
Make it simple, to last your whole life long,
Don't worry that it's not good enough,
For anyone else to hear,
Sing, sing a song . . .

La, la la la la . . .
Sing ( sing . . ) sing a song ( sing . . )
Sing out loud, sing out strong,
Sing of good things, not bad,
Sing of happy, not sad . . .

Sing, sing a song,
Make it simple, to last your whole life long,
Don't worry that it's not good enough,
For anyone else to hear,
Sing, sing a song . . .

Sing, sing a song . . .
Sing, sing a song . . .

La, la la la la . . .
