Breezy Castilleo

Breezy Castilleo is an underground, independent rap artist making a splash in the area of Atlanta. Born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and spending most of his adolescence years in East Atlanta he has a very distinctive sound of his own, which cultivate both cultures and regions as far as lingo, style, and influences. indicative of the true south; structurally and lyrically he has began the process of captivating local listeners of the rap genre.

At a young age Breezy Castilleo recognized his passion for writing and even aspired to become a sports journalist. As an avid fan of music, Breezy began writing raps during class to pass time. It was not until 2009 that Breezy Castilleo took his writing skills seriously when he recorded his 1st song; it was then that he became aware of his ability to create quality music. From that day forward, he decided to pursue music. His love for it soon expanded beyond his greatest imagination.

He respects and admires all forms of creating “art.” From tattoos, to painters, musicians, fashion designers. For Breezy, creating music is fulfilling because he understands that he is doing something that people will actually appreciate. “Music is powerful; it evokes emotion and is something that is truly universal. I believe music makes the world go round; I feel like I can also make it a better place. I’ve never come across a soul who doesn’t like some form of music. The greatest satisfaction of creating music for me is when someone tells me that they absolutely can relate to what I’m saying or that I’m telling THEIR story and it helped them get through their situation,” says Breezy Castilleo.
