Brenda Dempsey is a self-taught musician, with 14 years of experience in singing,songwriting & playing guitar under her belt. All of her songs are personal glimpses into her life that she reveals, in order to evoke emotions from her listeners. In doing so, they may know that someone can relate to them & that they are not alone in their feelings or in this world. Brenda is very appreciative of her fans & treats them as friends, never as numbers in sales figures. She sees the good in everyone & hopes she can help make people better, as they do her. Her style is a sort of edgy, folk, pop music. Her musical influences include Ani Difranco, Melissa Etheridge, Sarah Mclachlan, Tori Amos & many many more.
