Brendan DiStefano is young, raw, and will do whatever it takes to make his music better. Hailing from Hamilton, Ontario, he makes a name for himself out of a province raging with new and amazing artists. Delivering 3 incredible albums in just over one year, he shows no signs of slowing down. Playing everyday, writing immensely, and showing his talents to the world like no one else can.
Sharing the stage with such bands as These Silhouettes, Dead And Divine, and illScarlett, and touring like mad all around Ontario, in just about any venue he could get into, he shows his music with passion. Brendan is not afraid to show emotion in his music, unlike other artists. His music and fans, are really, the only things that matter in his life. "To be honest, I’m really serious about my music, and I’m a really outgoing guy," he says in an interview.
With an upcoming EP, set to release March 2008, with a different sound, but still his style. With different instrumentation from his previous albums, from keyboards to bells, to violins to full orchestras, along with many different percussion tones. He is not afraid to make a different sound, and stand out from the rest. With influences ranging from Conditions to Cain And Abel, and August Burns Red to City And Colour. He shows a great work ethic and outstanding attitude. Brendan DiStefano is taking Canadian music to a whole new level.
