Brethren is an alternative folk-rock band from Lancaster, PA. Marked by a wide range of instrumentation and tight three-part harmonies, Brethren has earned a name for itself throughout Central PA for its high energy live performances and upbeat, catchy tunes.

Biography

Brethren is a 5 piece alternative folk rock band made up of 2 guitars, bass, keyboard, drums and 3 part harmonies.
Brothers Asher and Dylan Johnson blend their voices with guitarist Andrew Kirwin to create a beautiful sound unique to Brethren.

They have been performing for 4 years now and as has since released 3 EPs, been featured on Philly's Radio 104.5, have gigged all over PA and have booked their own tours out of state.
Their live performances is full of high energy, belting harmonies, and upbeat catchy tunes. Brethren recently self-released their latest single "There's No Use" in September 2013.
