Brewski was born and raised on the south side of Chicago and began rapping his senior year of high school. Brewski played in several bands from 7th grade until his sophomore year when his friends started rapping and he decided to pick it up as well. Brewski says The Game’s Documentary album is what turned him on toward hip hop. He finds rapping much easier than playing in a band due to the fact that all of its aspects are centered around himself. He will be releasing his latest project, which is not yet titled, in July. Check out his latest video “Independence” below.
