Brian Christopher is an independent r&b singer and event host from the Washington DC Area known for his smooth crooning performances and his jazz influenced musical style.

Christopher graduated from Suitland High School (Suitland, MD) in 1993 as part of the Visual and Performing Arts program. He attended Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA for a year and eventually graduated from Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA in 1998 where he began to refine his songwriting skills. After college, Christopher sang and wrote for several different church and gospel groups and occasionally with local bands.

Christopher released his debut album "All of Me" in 2010. The lead single “I Wonder” won the New Music competition (Majic 102.3FM Washington DC). His second release, “Just How You Feel” in 2012 was his first single in two years. Also in 2012, Christopher traveled to Japan for a three month singing invitation and when he returned he teamed up with jazz/r&b vocalist, Mycah Chevalier to cowrite his third single, “In The Groove”. The 2013 release soared to the #3 position
on the UK Soul Charts. Christopher next collaborated with French producer Fran’Z of BigBox Recordings on his fourth release, a soulful house tune called “Love Take All Of Me” released in 2013 which shot to #5 on the Soul Energy House Chart. He released two more projects in 2013 “The Way” and “Let’s Stay Home Tonight” which are both selling well.

As an event host Christopher has served as cohost of the “Miss Black USA Pageant”, the official host of the “Baltimore Urban League 10th Anniversary Masquerade Ball”, “Wine & Pasta” (featuring national recording artists Kindred the Family Soul) and “Jazz at the Manor Concert Series”.

In addition to performing, Christopher produces a monthly podcast, “ Soulful Groovin Radio” and a concert series “Hot Beverage & Dessert” and is a father of two daughters.
