Brian Hanover was the front man of Hanover Saints. Hanover Saints Played over 600 shows in existence with 7 North American tours. In this time Hanover Saints Released 2 full length records and 4 eps internationally.Hanover Saints shared the stage with acts such as 7 Seconds,Street Dogs,Throw Rag,Comeback Kid,Floggin Molly,UK Subs,The Business,The Adicts, Pressure Point,Strife,Anti Heros,Far From Finished,Flatfoot 56, and many others. Brian also spent time playing guitar and recording with Whiskey Rebels and playing lead guitar in Kevin Seconds and The Altrusitics.During The final stages of Hanover Saints in 2005-2006, Brian began writing more solo material .Brian found a connection with himself that was missing with playing loud exclusively and wanted to connect with people as if he was playing to one person and that one person was the most important person at that moment. This connection lured Brian into Coffee Shops,Bars, Clubs ,Garages,Co-Op spaces and with this took it to the road with 3 North American Mini tours during music and America's declining economic climate. Going solo allowed Brian more chances to not have to hurry to every city after playing but connecting with each city and the people he met playing there. Brian soon quickly found himself sharing stages with punk acts where he was the only one playing solo to un amplified ,no mics, playing to folks wanting to hear what Brian had to say or sing about. In the last two years Brian ahs toured with the likes of Kevin Seconds,Classics of Love featuring Jesse from Operation Ivy, Andrew Jackson Jihad and Mike Park,
to playing multiple dates with such acts as Exene Cervenka of X,Tim Barry of Avail, Jonah Matranga, Chuck Ragan,Kepi Ghoulie,Off With Their Heads,Flatfoot 56, and many great gigs with acts like Filthy Thievin Bastards with Spider Stacy of the Pogues,Jason Webley,Mike Herrera's Tumbledown,Mike Hale,Sean Wheeler and Zander Schloss so his company has kept in him from slackin and giving his best in all environments.Brian has always been about having amix of a goodtime along with what life throws at you good and bad. This is what life sounds like!!!
