Biography

I spent ten years on the road traveling the East coast and points West doing all kinds of odd jobs and playing gigs where ever I could get them, while honing my songwriting skills.
Key West was a favorite place to play, notably the Bull on Duvall St. I also spent five years in Tucson Arizona. Played at Old Tucson, in Flagstaff, at dude ranches and various bars throughout the state. Moved back to Maryland in 1984 and have been playing in festivals, bars and more. I have played the Steppingstone Blues festival for nine years, Played at the Gorden Center for performing Arts, roadhouse series. The Cecil County Arts council, The Baltimore Blues society sent my band to Memphis twice to compete in the International Blues Competition and hired us for many of their shows including Artscape twice. I was featured in a Baltimore Sun newspaper article of local performers and have been an opening act at the Full Moon Blues shows in Cecil County numerous times.
