Blues Guitarist Brian Meakin, is joined in a collaboration with brothers Terry on Hammond Organ and Michael on Drums together with Paul McConkey on Bass to produce their interpretation of blues toward the rock end featuring the songs of Jimi Hendrix, Rory Gallagher and Stevie Ray Vaughan. This inspirational player also provides powerful vocals.
Brian, an exponent of the Guitar has been on the live scene for many year playing a mix of Blues and Rock. Taking his influences from such greats as Hendrix, Blackmore and Page he mastered the guitar from an early age. Later he turned more towards the blues but retains his rock edge in his playing, a style suited to his blues influences.
Brothers Michael and Terry have been playing in various line-ups and now in this tri-brother outing provides a stunning tightness of brothers playing together for years. Terry on Hammond is something to see and the enigmatic Michael is a pleasure to watch. Paul McConkey, a seasoned Bass player completes this dynamic quartet.
