former frontman of 15marythompson, a california based desert alt-country band. grew up in fall river, massachusettes working alternately on a farm and a fishing boat. music has been likened to the eels ,boxharp, bruce springsteenand a reflective warren zevon. listened mostly to folk music growing up. then a stint with the violent femmes and the a great deal of time with the grateful dead. lou reed, woody guthrie ...lots of old time country (roy acuff, the carter family, merle haggard) and a healthy dose of classic rock do to my older brothers. also my dad was a big harry chapin fan and so am i.
